Starting in 2018 we have been supporting a group of riders from the Lig Kinder Bediening in Pretoria West. Once every two weeks, they come through for an afternoon of riding and spending time with the horses. 

 

While we managed to get the travel costs and some of the lesson cost covered we always need and appreciate donations and volunteers to allow us to make it a special day for the riders. We supply them with a small meal after riding. 

 

Die Perdeplaas also runs a rescue operation for horses in need, either from neglect, abuse and malnutrition. Volunteers and donations towards this initiative, is highly appreciated.
